Some more castle studies
Inktober Day 31. Happy Halloween!
One of my favorites of Laurissa’s Inktobers! I know she said the ink was weird to work with but I still think it came out great.
Just something that was in my heart to draw. I meant it to be more of a stick figure.
This isn’t aimed at ANYONE in particular. It’s not a reflection of my friends or my family or anybody I know. It’s just a feeling that comes up from time to time. It’s confusing and I hate it.
The last inktobers I’ll be doing and uploading. I really like trying this gray toned paper! The only bad thing is that the paper warps and it’s too big to fit on my scanner so I can’t flatten it. #25-#28.
#23 Inktober. I’m about a week behind, so I’m not sure if I’ll make it by the end of the month.
I was inspired by some Egyptian character designs.
#22 Inktober. The Vampire Diaries fanart! I got completely wrapped up in this one. I used some reference but also made it my own. Nina Dobrev is hard to lock down. Ian Somerholder came put better than I thought he would. And Paul Wesley’s arm is waaaayyy off. But I think this is my favorite inktober drawing so far.
Leverage fanart! I feel like it was all going in the right direction with the pencil and then I ruined it with ink. Parker’s creepy smile is hard to draw, Nathan’s smallish eyes, and Sophie’s features are impossible. Maybe I’ll try again another time.
#19; I decided to try to draw some fanart. I am the first to admit that I’m the worst at caricatures, and it’s hard to get the characters right. I admire people artists that can capture that essence.
Anyways, this is Parker from Leverage, she’s the best thief in the world. She stole the Hope Diamond, then put it back, because she was bored.
#18; I had a lot of issues with this one, and it’s still not where I want it, but I tried to do block shading again!
